Compensation, Protection, and Leadership Changes to Improve Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty

Work This research is to find out how far changes in compensation, protection, and leadership can positively impact job satisfaction work loyalty environmental sanitation agencies Aceh, Indonesia. The total sample 308 employees tested using the structural equation modeling analysis method. study results explain that leadership, protection significantly affect employee loyalty. Job has a positive significant influence on Likewise, partially mediates through increasing It recommended Indonesian Aceh government immediately implement an integrated system establishing policies for changing guarantees, service so are always diligent working achieve beautiful comfortable living environment Aceh.
